Why WareTrackr

A warehouse platform you can see running today

The tier-1 WMS vendors sell you a licence, a stack of modules and a 12–24 month implementation. WareTrackr is one product, already in production, configured to your operation.

The honest version

Where WareTrackr wins

It’s running, not a roadmap

WareTrackr has run a national 3PL operator’s operations in production for over a year. You can see the working product at rscs.waretrackr.com before you talk to anyone.

One platform, not modules and a project

WMS, scanner app, client portal, carrier integrations, billing and reporting are one product on one data model — not licences you assemble with a system integrator over 12–24 months.

The client portal and billing are standard

For operations that store for other companies, a live customer portal and activity-based billing come built in. Enterprise WMS treat these as add-ons, or don’t do them at all.

Configured to you, not custom-built

Your clients, warehouses, rate cards, roles and workflows are configuration. Onboarding is setup and training, not a bespoke engineering programme.

No modules you’ll never switch on

WareTrackr covers inbound to invoice in depth. It deliberately leaves out the heavy slotting, labour-optimisation and robotics-orchestration layers that most operations pay for and never configure.

Right-sized and reachable

Built for operations that have outgrown spreadsheets and a basic WMS but don’t need — or want to pay for — a Fortune-500 platform. Talk to the people who build it, on WhatsApp if you like.

Side by side

WareTrackr vs a traditional enterprise WMS

Same operational core. The difference is what comes standard, how long it takes to run, and what it costs.

Time to value

Traditional enterprise WMS: 12–24 month implementation with a system integrator

WareTrackr: Running product today; onboarding is configuration and training

Client / customer portal

Traditional enterprise WMS: Add-on module, or absent

WareTrackr: Native portal on live data — orders, ASNs, inventory, reports

Multi-client billing

Traditional enterprise WMS: Manual spreadsheets and exports

WareTrackr: Rate cards, billing runs and client invoices from warehouse activity

Shipping & AWB

Traditional enterprise WMS: Carrier portals, copy-pasted AWB numbers

WareTrackr: Seven carriers integrated — AWB, labels and tracking in the WMS

ERP integration

Traditional enterprise WMS: Batch files or a costly SI sub-project

WareTrackr: Bi-directional SAP and LogicERP sync, plus REST APIs and webhooks

Floor mobility

Traditional enterprise WMS: Separate RF / voice vendor licence

WareTrackr: WareTrackr Mobile PWA included — installs from a URL

Traceability

Traditional enterprise WMS: SKU-level only

WareTrackr: Pallet → case → piece, with global barcode search

Kitting & VAS

Traditional enterprise WMS: Limited, or handled offline

WareTrackr: Full work-order lifecycle with BOM and floor execution

Reporting & MIS

Traditional enterprise WMS: Weekly Excel from the ops team

WareTrackr: Nine report generators plus scheduled email delivery

Pricing

Traditional enterprise WMS: Enterprise licence priced for the Fortune 500

WareTrackr: Scaled to your warehouses, clients and volume

What we left out — on purpose

No modules you’ll never configure

Enterprise WMS pricing carries a heavy optimisation layer. Most operations below the largest global 3PLs pay for it and never switch it on. WareTrackr doesn’t ship it:

  • Slotting optimisation and re-slotting engines
  • Labour management, standards and task interleaving
  • Warehouse execution / robotics and voice orchestration
  • Yard management beyond dock appointments
  • Cartonization and load-build optimisation

If your operation genuinely needs directed labour optimisation or a robotics fleet controller, a tier-1 platform is the right call — and we’ll tell you so.

See it live

Don’t take our word for it

WareTrackr has run Rising Supply Chain Services’s multi-client 3PL operations in production for over a year — inbound to invoice, plus a client portal and the mobile app. The working product is at rscs.waretrackr.com.
